In this role, you will be exposed to a broad range of corporate transactions including, but not limited to, Mergers and Acquisitions, Sale and purchase of property, disposals, joint ventures, commercial leasing work, as well as other commercial real estate related projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for Corporate Real Estate or general corporate commercial lawyer to diversify and gain more commercial exposure into other areas of work.
Requirements:
- SG Qualified Lawyer
- 2-4 PQE gained from a reputable local/international law firm
- Experience in M&A/Commercial Real Estate practice
- Strong communication skills and good stakeholder management skills
- General Corporate Lawyers with a keen interest to specialize in this arena would be welcome to apply
