We are looking for a motivated and positive team player who is passionate about cooking, learning and constantly honing new skills What will you do?

  • You will be responsible for preparing consistently high-quality food preparation, organising the mise en place for your respective section, producing the highest food quality at all times and acting as a mentor to the junior chefs everyday
  • Assist the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie in preparing food according to the requirements, recipes, and set standards, ensuring that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained
  • Assist in receiving deliveries, stock taking and inventory
  • Perform basic cleaning duties to ensure that work stations and kitchen are properly sanitised and meet HACCP standards
