Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Chef in daily kitchen operation
  • Food preparation, such as: seasoning, marination, washing, peeling, and chopping different raw ingredients
  • Sauce and salads preparation
  • Inventory control, replenish stocks whenever needed
  • Ensure all food products serve are up to restaurant\'s standard
  • Received stock orders from suppliers and ensure all orders are correct
  • Maintain kitchen\'s cleanliness, daily opening and closing for the kitchen
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by chef
Job Requirements:
  • A professional education certificate in F&B related field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
  • Able to work under pressure, good organizational skills
  • A team player
