Assist Sous Chefs in preparing fine/semi-fine dining cuisine.
Complete preparations of house-made ingredients with proper care.
Uphold and maintain kitchen hygiene & safety following Sous Chef\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and established policies and procedures.
Able to operate cooking equipment in the kitchen, not limited to, woks, fryers, rice cookers, steamers as well as all common professional cooking equipment found in a kitchen.
Maintain organisation, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Any other duties as delegated.
Requirements:
Basic Cooking Skills with min. 1-year back-of-house experience.
Fresh SHATEC and other culinary graduates are welcome to apply too.
Passion for preparing high-quality food with respect for ingredients.
High willingness to learn \xe2\x80\x93 training will be provided.
Positive attitude!
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Able to work at Raffles City
