Job Description

My client, a global leader in the maritime transportation area is looking out for a Commissioning engineer/Service engineer.

The requirements for the role are as follow:

Job descriptions

Ensure that the product support related to areas of the complaints and the warranty system is properly managed with records maintained.
Advise customers as required in line with the product manuals and operating procedures.
Fault finding activities as required.
Ensure that all complaints, engineering change requests and day-to-day technical queries are recorded and prioritized.
Assist with interfacing with third party equipment\'s, (engine, gearbox, Dynamic Positioning, Autopilot System interfaces, Monitoring systems etc.)
Perform system servicing and overhauling as required.
Complete commissioning reports in a timely manner and update the progress/project logs.
Provide both on site and remote technical support.

Job requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ability to maintain and develop constructive relationship with external and internal clients, distributors, and operators.
Independent with team-oriented spirit
