What you'll be doing?
-------------------------
Project coordination:
Assist the Manager in coordinating project improvements related to Quality, Costs, and Delivery time.
Process enhancement:
Propose improvements for Testing & Commissioning (T&C) methodologies and processes.
Planning and estimation:
Plan and prepare estimations for T&C activities to ensure efficient project execution.
Quality assurance:
Ensure traceability between Requirements and Test results, maintaining high standards of quality.
Testing platform setup:
Assist in designing and setting up testing platforms for optimal performance.
Documentation and testing:
Prepare and perform T&C activities, including documentation, software installation, and survey reports.
On-site collaboration:
Conduct on-site testing work with clients and Designated Contractors, fostering strong partnerships.
Problem-solving:
Investigate system faults and provide comprehensive root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Standards compliance:
Ensure the application of corporate standards and operation processes in T&C activities.
Quality management:
Prepare and handle Quality Reviews to maintain excellence in project delivery.
Who are they looking for?

Educational background:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
At least 3 years of related working experience is preferred. Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for Senior/Manager roles.
Organizational skills:
Demonstrate good organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Communication prowess:
Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Analytical thinking:
Showcase good analytical skills to solve complex problems and provide insightful reports.
