Our client is an integrated one-stop provider of M&E services such as extra low voltage ("ELV"), low voltage ("LV") and high voltage ("HV") electrical systems; air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation ("ACMV") systems; and fire protection ("FP") systems.

What you'll be doing?

-------------------------

Lead QA/QC and Commissioning:

Manage on-site teams and oversee schedules for electrical and mechanical systems installation, testing, and commissioning.

Vendor Coordination:

Facilitate weekly and ad-hoc meetings with vendors, presenting energization and startup plans to clients.

System Oversight:

Ensure all systems are energized and operating according to project specifications and timelines.

Technical Expertise:

Apply your knowledge of Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and Mechanical Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) to project success.

Problem-Solving:

Prepare Root Cause Analysis when necessary, demonstrating your analytical skills.

Safety Procedures:

Implement and oversee Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) processes to maintain a safe working environment.

Stakeholder Communication:

Attend meetings with clients, main contractors, and sub-contractors to provide updates and discuss project progress.

Technical Issue Resolution:

Directly communicate with the Commissioning Agent to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background:

Diploma or Degree holders in Electrical Engineering, with the opportunity for senior positions for those with extensive experience.

Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant experience, with opportunities for advancement based on your expertise.
