Working hours: Office hours / Willing to do AM/PM shift (no overnight)
Salary: Basic UP to $2400
benefit: Shift allowance, incentives.
Responsibilities:
Handle calls and emails promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on relevant products and services
Respond to customers\' queries and concerns with the aim of achieving first call resolution satisfactorily
Requirements:
Preferably 1-2yrs working experience in call centers, receptions or customer service line.
Good Communications skills.
Comfortable in working at call center environment.
IT savvy person.
