JOB DESCRIPTION

The Communication and Retention Executive in the education industry is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to engage students, parents, and other stakeholders, as well as implementing retention initiatives to ensure student satisfaction, progression, and successful completion of educational programs.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to engage and inform students, parents, and educational stakeholders.

Work closely with the marketing and academic department to create engaging and informative content, including newsletters, emails, social media posts, and other materials to keep students and parents informed and engaged.

Plan and execute events, webinars, and campaigns to foster student engagement, provide support, and promote educational programs.

Develop and manage retention programs to enhance student satisfaction, reduce attrition, and support academic progress.

Collaborate with academic advisors and instructors to ensure students receive the necessary academic support and resources.

Create content for whole school communications and copy for various platforms.

Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Line Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor\'s degree in communication, education, marketing, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.

Proven experience in communication, engagement, and retention in the education industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with students and parents.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Creative thinking and the ability to develop and implement innovative communication and retention strategies.
