Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Carry out tasks independently of high quality while working within the framework of our brand concepts and iterative feedback loops from communication and business professionals
• Assist with the implementation of the regional communications and marketing strategy.
• Support the organisation of events.
• Support the production and maintenance of marketing collaterals and assets, such as project profiles, presentations and website profiles.
• Support internal communication activities, such as management and update of intranet pages, logistics and planning for townhalls.
• Other ad hoc communications and marketing activities

• Bachelor\'s in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or other relevant degrees.
• 2-4 years working experience in internal or external communications in a B2B industry Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with different internal and external stakeholder groups at all levels.
• Curious and fast learner

• Work in a fast-paced environment, handling many projects and requests across multiple markets and business lines, simultaneously.

• Working knowledge of different contexts and cultures of the APAC region and/or the AEC industry is a bonus
