Job Description

: General RoleThe role is actively involved in marketing and communications for Herm\xc3\xa8s Horloger within Herm\xc3\xa8s Network and Herm\xc3\xa8s Horloger external network in South Asia.The executive will coordinate across departments and markets to implement events, media, and PR plans. Major Responsibilities:

• Press liaison: Sending press releases, attending to queries and photoshoots, preparing and coordinating press gifts
• Media monitoring of brand mentions, checking and compilation of reports from regional markets, quarterly analysis of media coverage
• Assist in events planning and concept adaptation; coordinate logistical aspects of events
• Draft media plan; facilitate artwork production; coordinating with agencies in ensuring timely submission of artwork
• Conduct store visits to check on visual merchandising and in-store displays
• Conduct events training to retail teams; disseminate product training materials according to commercial calendar
• Detailed expense and budget tracking; creating purchase requests and receiving invoices

Requirements & Capabilities:

• Diploma holder preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience
• Knowledge and interest in watches is a plus
• Social media savvy
• Individual should not be afraid to think outside the box, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office is required, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
