We are looking for a highly-driven and passionate Vendor Experience Communications Intern (1 year contract)

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Vendor Engagement Lead.

Salary: Basic $1,500 + KPI Incentives up to $500

Responsibilities:

• Develop relevant communication materials & manage all vendor communication channels within the Vendor Experience team
• Formulates vendor communications strategies
• Manage content & collateral repository
• Liaise with various stakeholders to receive and consolidate information appropriately for the various content management sites
• Tracking of vendor communication effectiveness via conversions
• Weekly reporting of KPI performance for vendor communication
• Assist in other ad hoc projects & launches

Requirements:

• Preferably with prior internship experience in content and communications related role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a keen eye for details & is meticulous
• Good planning & organization skills
• Having an ownership mentality and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
• Ability to analyse and draw inference from data
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in startups or tech companies or consulting firms (experience in ecommerce is a plus)
