Strong Writing Skills
Responsibilities
Develop and review external communications materials for stakeholder
Provide editorial support for publicity collaterals, corporate materials and advertisements
Revise and propose content for the corporate website where required
Draft corporate letters or replies to customers\' feedback
Manage walk-in customers (when required)
Managing media events
Daily media monitoring and analysis
Media relations including media pitching, forum replies, media queries and crisis communications
Support marketing campaigns / events and measure campaign performance
Support on consolidation of monthly returns of the department for reporting purposes
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Mass Communications / Marketing or related discipline
Minimum 2 years\' working experience in Corporate Communications / Public Relations or related function
Strong writing skills in creating content for multiple uses
Prior experience from government sector or government linked organization is advantageous
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Independent and resourceful
Strong analytical skill and a good problem solver
Service-oriented and able to manage difficult customers
Knowledge of performance marketing and software eg Photoshop, Illustrator, etc is advantageous
