We are looking for a Communication Specialist with
event management, internal communications, and employee enablement
. This hybrid role is based in
Singapore
and requires a minimum
three days per week in-office
presence.

This is a
communications + internal enablement
position, where you'll lead key internal initiatives, coordinate training programs, and build engaging content to foster alignment and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications:
Design and execute internal communication strategies across email, intranet, digital signage, newsletters, and more.
Draft clear, engaging content for initiatives, leadership messages, policy changes, and internal campaigns.
Ensure message consistency across channels and departments.
Program & Event Management:
Plan and manage internal events such as town halls, webinars, team offsites, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate logistics and communications across teams to ensure smooth execution.
Track success metrics and collect feedback to improve future events.
Internal Enablement:
Schedule and manage internal training programs and learning sessions.
Work with HR and department heads to promote enablement initiatives.
Help employees stay informed and aligned through timely, structured programs.
Multimedia Content Creation:
Create short-form videos, infographics, and digital content to enhance communication efforts.
Manage updates to internal portals and pages using CMS tools like SharePoint or WordPress.
Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with HR, IT, Facilities, and other business units to support rollout of initiatives.
Act as a strategic advisor to teams looking to enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in internal communications, event management, or enablement roles.
Background in
event management
is highly preferred for its practical communication and execution skills.
Strong content creation skills -- both written and visual.
Hands-on experience with tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Teams, and Slack.
Familiarity with CMS tools (SharePoint, WordPress, Confluence) and basic HTML is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Based in Singapore and open to a
hybrid work setup (3+ days/week in-office)
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.50 - $5,000.00 per month
