Summary

• Basic Up $3800
• Work Days/ Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours (adhoc weekends) / west region

Responsibilities

• Support the department\'s operations in coordinating programmes and events with volunteers, community partners and relevant stakeholders
• Support the department\'s purchase requisition or any other financial requirements via our financial procurement system

• Maintain data collation accurately, on a timely basis

Requirements

• Able to perform basic data analysis using Power BI would be an added advantage
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for presentations
