Community & Events Curator

to join our team.

You'll be a vital part of our team, focusing on

creating vibrant communities and driving event revenue

across our portfolio of properties.

What You'll Do

As a Community & Events Curator, you'll work closely with our founders and be the driving force behind our community engagement and events strategy. This role is a great way to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to build brand equity and drive revenue through experiential marketing.





Your main duties will include:

Events Management & Operations

Research and source prospective clients, partners and event organizers to use our portfolio properties as a bespoke and exclusive event location, becoming the primary contact driving this business line. Oversee all event logistics, including vendor coordination, on-site setup, and tear-down to ensure all events run smoothly and efficiently. Support and execute

monthly events

, ensuring a delightful and memorable experience for all visitors. Ensure that event

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

are created and updated for our properties. Assist in managing the event inventory and equipment across all locations, ensuring our portfolio is presented in tip-top condition at all times.

Events Revenue & Sales

Drive event revenue

by proactively identifying new business opportunities and cultivating client relationships to achieve

monthly sales targets

. Proactively seek out new event leads within our targeted industries to drive business growth. Facilitate sales and upsell events to new and existing clients. Assist in managing various booking channels and customer enquiries, ensuring all follow-up and communications are responded to professionally and within company standards.

Financial Administration & Marketing Support

Manage invoices and payments, ensuring timely payment from clients and to vendors. Carry out bad debt collection for events, maintaining clear and professional communication. Lead

all marketing initiatives and activities

to generate leads and prospects to achieve monthly sales targets. Assist in preparing event-related documents and materials, supporting all marketing initiatives across content creation, tenant engagement, and brand-building.

Requirements

Have a qualification in

Events Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Management

or the equivalent.

Interested candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply

--we value attitude and potential. A proven track record in event organization and delivery is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
