Responsibilities:
Drive growth in memberships by providing tours for potential prospects (walk-in, call-in, online leads and referral)
Selling of events space and meeting room to generate more revenue
Manage business renewal and any tenancy related matters
Cross selling of space within other business portfolio
Expand revenue generations by working with partners and mark up from the services
Host activities and events in the space to value add to the tenants and build sense of community within
Constantly drive initiatives and create buzz in the community
Attend external events for more outreach and creating brand awareness
Worked with the digital marketing agency on marketing strategies and set directions on a regular basis
Oversee the whole business centre operations, maintenance and improvement of the space
Establish policies and procedures for the centre
Responsibility for the effective implementation of SOP
Responsible for negotiating deals with suppliers and vendor to reduce operating and capital cost
Signing of tenants' invoices and suppliers' invoices (checker)
Handle escalated members' complaint
Supervise and cover duties of the Community Executive
