Community Executive [Co-Working] Working Days: 5 Days [ 9am - 6.30pm ] Location: Orchard Salary: $2500 - $2800 + VB Requirements: * Diploma or Degree in Business / Hospitality & Tourism or rel Community Executive [Co-Working] Working Days: 5 Days [ 9am - 6.30pm ] Location: Orchard Salary: $2500 - $2800 + VB Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business / Hospitality & Tourism or related field Relevant experience in Customer Service Job Scope: Ensure efficient day to day operations of business centre To be the first point of contact for members, end users and colleagues Maintain strong business relations and close contact with members Possess strong analytical skills to attend to customer complaints, coordinate feedback and investigation findings Coordinate with vendors to ensure customers' requirements are met Handle walk-in enquiries and provide tour of the space for the prospect Facilitate and handle logistic arrangement for in house events Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise work schedule Prepare invoices and monthly reports using Customize Management System Carry out any reasonable duties as requested by the manager
