Roles:
Frontline staff responsible for customer experience.
Deliver orders, maintain tables, and embody the Tavern's roleplay-lite service style.
Responsibilities
Greet guests "in character" (light fantasy flair, e.g., "Welcome, adventurers!").
Explain gamification systems (dice rolls, quest cards, LFG tables).
Ensure high standards of hospitality and responsiveness.
Support events (RPG nights, seasonal quests).
Maintain cleanliness of FOH areas.
Requirements
Excellent learning and working attitude
Excellent communication and customer service attitude.
Comfortable engaging with guests playfully in character, without heavy roleplay pressure.
Experience in cafe/bar service preferred but not required. Presentable, interactive, and adaptable under themed service expectations.
Performance training and Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 Certification preferred.
