Position : Community Management Executive (Educational Institutions)

Contract period : Immediate (11months) \xe2\x80\x93 candidate must be available to start early July 23.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday : 08:30am to 6:00pm

Job Scope

The job candidate will be a key player in efforts towards realising its 2025 vision of \xe2\x80\x98Building A Nation Of Lifesavers\xe2\x80\x99 as well as efforts in getting school communities ready for emergencies, in support of the national movement against terrorism- SG Secure Programme.

Key Deliverables

• In implementing the various programmes, the job holder has to work closely and garner support of government organisations, private organisations, schools and tertiary institutions as their support is crucial in ensuring the success of the programmes.
• The candidate will be expected to assist to plan, develop and execute Public Education (PE) programmes in the school domain and devise strategies to effectively weave emergency prepared skills and knowledge into the school curriculum.
• The candidate will assist in increasing efforts in introducing EP skills and knowledge to students and youths across the school domains through the various established school-based platforms.
• The candidate also plays a key role in assisting to monitor the effectiveness of the above programmes and ensures the outcomes are met though the tracking of KPIs.
• Assist in any other projects or work processes as required

Manpower Requirements

Our requirements are as follows:

• Past Experience in Government Administration preferred
• Strong communication skills (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organising skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
• Recommended salary range: $3500 - $4200
• The candidate will report daily to the Volunteer & Community Partnership Department at Ubi Ave 4.
