As a Community Management Intern, you'll be the heartbeat of our creator and customer network -- turning conversations into connections and followers into fans. You'll help grow and nurture the FLYCO community across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and our travel experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

Engage with FLYCO's online community daily -- Build genuine relationships with customers and partners Manage incoming DMs, mentions, and comments with a brand-consistent tone of voice Curate user-generated content (UGC) and community highlights for social media Assist in planning community-driven events Track engagement metrics and provide insights on community growth and sentiment

What We're Looking For

Passionate about lifestyle, travel, and social media culture Strong communication skills (written & visual) and a creative eye for content Organized, proactive, and people-oriented -- you love connecting with others Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and community management tools Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing or social media engagement
