:
- Communicate regularly with social media and app users over all digital channels according to approved standardized guidelines.
- Engage with users for user generated content and testimonials and leverage user generated content from contests for promotion across all social media platforms
- Conduct regular review of social media, app conversations, interactions and research responses to identify and report user profile trends and applicability to community management approach.
- Conduct primary user research for different therapeutic areas and diseases as required on the digital platforms
- Support the content production plan and monthly tracker (across social media, blog content, quiz questions, app content, and email newsletters) for all ongoing projects as needed.
- Degree with At least 2-5 years\' experience in content production and social media management for a consumer-facing brand.
- Ability to adapt or re-structure social media content strategy according to user insights and behavioral insights provided
- Deep understanding of all available social media channels, their unique implications and the way to leverage the right message using the relevant platform.
