Job Description
Our client provides businesses with a conducive coworking space in Orchard.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the whole business center operations, maintenance, and improvement of the space
- Drive growth in memberships by providing tours for potential prospects (walk-in, call-in, online leads and referral)
- Manage business renewal and any tenancy-related matters
- Manage monthly management reporting and setting annual sales targets and objectives
- Cross selling of space within other business portfolio
- Host activities and gatherings in the space to value add to the members
- Work with the marketing team on marketing strategies and set directions on a regular basis
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing or any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing co-working space or business centre, community management, customer service or operations
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work within the project timeline
- Pro-active, able to multi-task and work independently
