The Assembly Place - Co-Living

You will be responsible to respond and handle sales enquiries timely, secure appointments and conducting viewings with prospective tenants.
Handle and overcome objections, negotiating on the terms of agreement, lease renewals and closing the sales to achieve individual sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to generate referrals and obtain repeated business
Preparation and ensuring completion of lease documentations and updating of leasing reports such as sales activities and conversions
Working closely with operation team to ensure customer satisfaction
Curate events and activities for our co-living tenants
