Core Function: The Community Partnerships and Administrative Executive will be responsible for the social media, publicity of SUN-DAC, the Donor and Volunteer Management System (DMS/ VMS), and the administrative support functions of the Upper Thomson day activity centre.
Core Responsibilities:
To manage and generate contents for SUN-DAC social media and website
To take charge of publicity and engagement medium (including e-newsletters, email marketing, impact reports and annual report)
To design and produce publicity materials
To perform data entry and maintain the accuracy of the Donor and Volunteer Management System (DMS/ VMS) data, and issuance of tax deductible receipts to donors
To liaise with DMS/ VMS users and vendors for support, and to resolve any technical issues
To generate reports from DMS/ VMS for reporting and profiling of donors and volunteers
To assist with general service and product quotation and procurement. Follow up and liaise for service request. Eg: source, call for different vendor quotations and summarise quotations for comparison and approval.
To update and maintain centre inventory list
To assists with any tasks that may be assigned by the Centre Manager and the management.

Core Work Requirements: Education:
Min diploma or degree in related field.
Experience:
Experienced or fresh graduates are both welcomed to apply.

Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, donors, volunteers, and the public.
Must be self-directed and work independently.
