This role will be responsible to handle and manage the inbound leads, perform site visits as and when required to ensure a smooth running operation. Strong client servicing skills and a good knowledge of operations is an added advantage.

Adecco is partnering with an international co-working space/shared facility organization, and they are looking for a Community Sales Manager to join their expanding team!



Lead morning meetings and briefing with the team

Provide strong customer service and client servicing skills to the clients upon arrival to the centre

Gudie clients on how the facilities are to be used and assist them as and when requried

Attend to inbound sales leads/enquires and share about the benefits of utilizing the organization\'s facility/space

Upsell any other cross-servicing offerings

Host monthly operations meetings for Community Sales Managers from local cluster of centres, along with the regional Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

A good communicator, used to dealing with customers - ideally in the hospitality or events industry

Confident, approachable and able to build strong relationships with customers

A great manager, who leads by example and knows how to motivate and inspire a team

Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them

Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
