Working day: 5.5 work days ( Mon - Fri & Sat half-day)

To assist the Centre executive/manager in the planning, execution and evaluation of programmes and ensure smooth running of daily operations of the AAC/AACH, which includes: (1) Outreach and engagement of seniors within service boundary ; (2) Active ageing programme ; (3) Befriending and Buddying ; (4) Care and support servicesTo liaise with external agencies, organisations, donors, volunteers etc. to tap on external resources and / or publicise programmes. You will need to provide information and referral services to clients.JOB SCOPES
