Maintain a strong focus on design creativity, innovation andquality. Review and approve design concepts to ensure they align with the company'svision and client expectations.





Client Relationship Management:



Establish and nurture strong relationships withclients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure exceptional customersatisfaction.





Supply Chain and Vendor Management:



Oversee relationships with suppliers,contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement of materials andservices.





Quality Assurance:



Implement and enforce quality control processes throughout thedesign and construction phases to ensure the highest standard of workmanship





Risk Management:



Identify and mitigate potential project risks, such as scopechanges, budget overruns, and scheduling delays.





Regulatory Compliance:



Ensure compliance with relevant building codes,regulations, and safety standards to maintain a safe and lawful work environment.





Innovation and Industry Trends:



Stay updated on industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and design innovations to incorporate relevant advancements into thecompany's projects.





Networking and Partnerships:



Establish and maintain relationships with industrypartners, stakeholders, and professional organizations to enhance the company'sreputation and collaboration opportunities.





Leadership Skills:
