COURIERQUALIFICATION

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field.

• Valid Professional Driver License Restriction #1,2,3

• At least 1-2 years experience in driving motorcycle, regular vehicle

• With knowledge in driving both manual and automatic transmission cars.

• Working knowledge of local roads and routes

• Effective communication skills

• Punctual & reliable with dedicated professionalism to job and duties

• Able to adapt in changing schedules or routines

• Able to work night, weekends, and holidays, if needed

• Excellent time management skills

• Organized and able to follow schedule

• Candidate must be willing to work at E. Rodriguez, Cubao, Quezon City

JOB DESCRIPTIONCourier is responsible for transporting materials, packages, documents, and equipment for institutions, businesses, hospitals, government agencies, and individuals. Pick up documents and packages from customers offices or houses and then deliver them to final destinations. Assist employees on travels, ensure maintenance of vehicles and ensure road safety.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Adhering to assigned routes, time schedules, safety procedures and LTO rules and regulations.2. Loading, transporting, and delivering items/ products (i.e radiopharmaceuticals etc.) / equipment in a safe, complete, and timely manner to clients. Ensure assigned deliveries must have arrived on-time to clients as instructed. In the event of delayed deliveries due to valid reason, advise/ report immediately either Laboratory hotline or landline, and the concern client.3. Check all items and necessary documents prior leaving Laboratory office e.g. packing list, RX numbers, tags, route slip, DR/ Invoice, etc.4. ACT forms needed for deliveries, retrievals, and send out must be carried at all times. Accurate and complete details upon accomplishment of said forms. Precisely finish all paper work connected with transport of radiopharmaceutical / item / equipment.5. Ensure proper and safe handling of radiopharmaceutical during transport and/ or shipment.6. Ensure safety and maintain cleanliness of the assigned vehicle/ motorcycle before and after used. Wash company vehicle according to specific schedule and instructions.7. Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to the Supervisor or Mechanic.8. Report any case of accidents, injury or damage of vehicles, incidents, and problems encountered to the Supervisor.9. Retrieve all lead containers, bags, and ramcans used in deliveries.10. Perform collection on clients. Issues Collection Receipt.11. Safe transport/ service VIP, Executive clients, employees to the areas where they are required.12. Dress professionally, clean and neat, and in accordance with company's dress code. Must wear Company ID.13. Help in maintaining cleanliness of Laboratory Office.14. Assist in company events and errands like banks, utility payment, etc.15. Perform errands and services requested by other department.16.
