Job description Roles & Responsibilities

Chauffeur the Director and Family, Guests, and Clients of the Company
Running errands for the Director and the Company
Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take
Ensure that the car cleanliness is always maintained
Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition and reports concerning of the vehicle are properly documented
Ensure receipts for vehicle repairs, maintenance and other records are obtained
Safe and legal driving practices are always expected
Carry out other assignments as and when assigned

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years relevant driving experiences
Well-groomed, formal attire required
Possess valid Class 3 driving license
Reliable, punctual with good communication skills
Proficient and able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders
Must be willing to work according to Director\xe2\x80\x99s schedule on weekdays and occasional weekends or non-traditional hours and be on standby when required
Morning Shift (7am \xe2\x80\x93 4pm) or Evening Shift (4pm \xe2\x80\x93 1am)
