Job Description

We are looking for a DOH accredited nurse to provide basic healthcare services to our company's employees. The company nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety Programs, assessing health risks, in addition to the prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury. The company nurse should promote good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals, keeping health records for every employee, and maintaining good communication with company management regarding healthcare and safety.To ensure success, the company nurse should possess excellent knowledge and skill in emergency healthcare-related issues in the workplace. You should also assess the work environment to identify any work hazards and plan intervention programs accordingly.As an HR Admin Assistant, you should have outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. You are expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills, excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and payroll. Top candidates will be fantastic at managing conflict, effective at scheduling and thorough in the recruitment process.Company Nurse| HR Admin Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety programs.
  • Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
  • Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
  • Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
  • Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
  • Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.
  • Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
  • Communicate with management on a regular basis.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Company Nurse | HR Admin Requirements:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Working experience as a company or a regular nurse preferred but not required.
  • Department of Health accredited nurse.
  • With active PRC license.
  • With Intravenous Therapy Training.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Critical-thinking skills.
  • A warm and caring disposition.
