The company nurse should promote good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals, keeping health records for every employee, and maintaining good communication with company management regarding healthcare and safety.To ensure success, the company nurse should possess excellent knowledge and skill in emergency healthcare-related issues in the workplace. You should also assess the work environment to identify any work hazards and plan intervention programs accordingly.As an HR Admin Assistant, you should have outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. You are expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills, excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and payroll.
