Compensation and Benefits Specialist (Digital Assets)
What you'll do
1. Compensation Strategy & Framework
Design a competitive global compensation framework, covering fixed pay and variable incentive programs.
Develop internal salary bands and job grading structures aligned with market dynamics, balancing standardization and flexibility.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to continuously enhance compensation competitiveness.
2. Performance Management
Establish effective performance management systems adapted to global and remote teams (OKRs, project-based reviews, 360 feedback, etc.).
Partner with business leaders to drive goal setting, ongoing coaching, and performance reviews, ensuring fair and transparent evaluation.
Design incentive mechanisms linked to performance outcomes to strengthen alignment between contribution and rewards.
3. Incentive Programs & Innovation
Develop diverse incentive programs aligned with company growth and workforce needs.
Monitor program effectiveness and optimize reward mechanisms to enhance business impact and employee engagement.
4. Project Management & Data Analytics
Lead annual compensation review, merit increases, and incentive execution.
Build and maintain C&B metrics dashboards to provide actionable insights for talent and business decisions.
Manage HR systems and tools to ensure data accuracy, visibility, and efficiency.
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree or above;
5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably with background in large-scale tech or multinational companies.
Solid experience in designing and implementing C&B frameworks and incentive programs.
Strong data analysis skills, capable of conducting benchmarking, cost modeling, and incentive ROI evaluation.
Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
