Our client is a prominent player in the beauty industryThe Opportunity:
- 1 year Contract role (Maternity Cover)
- Work location: Central
- Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
- Up to $10,000
- Report directly to Regional Head of HR based in Singapore, with dotted line to Asia Head of Rewards in Singapore.
- Collaborate with team on salary benchmarks and make recommendations based on the business\'s needs
- Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities and make recommendations
- Prepare and manage human capital, personnel cost plans, budgets, analysis, and control.
- Drive the annual salary and bonus review process.
- Bachelor degree
- 8 - 10 years of experience as regional C&B role
- Strong reasoning and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
