You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience by managing industrial relations, developing HR policies, and overseeing our performance and rewards frameworks.

Responsibilities



Performance Management

: Administer the performance review cycle, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters, and ensure a fair and effective process.

Compensation & Rewards

: Support the design and implementation of the rewards strategy, manage compensation and benefits programs, and conduct market benchmarking.

Policy Development

: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and legal requirements.

Industrial Relations

: Handle industrial relations matters, including managing union relationships, leading negotiations, and ensuring compliance with IM.

Requirements



Experience

: Proven experience (>5 years) in HR, with a strong focus on industrial relations and policy management.

Knowledge

: Deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations.

Skills

: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attributes

: Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player. *

Education

: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
