Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Head of Rewards, you will be responsible for the compensation matters for senior executive and leadership employees. You will implement and administer compensation programs, develop policies and processes, and benchmark and analyse compensation packages against industry trends. You will partner with the business and HR Partners on their compensation recommendation for senior executives through analysing, benchmarking, and making alternative proposal. At the enterprise level, you will drive the compensation budget exercise at macro level based on macro indicator trends and market scenarios. You will support Group Head of Rewards and Group Head of HR through gathering data for presentation to Board of Directors and Remuneration Committee.
Key Requirements
You will have at least 15 years of compensation experience including a few years in regional compensation ideally gained in major banks. You are meticulous, hand-on, strategic and a strong team player. You possess good experience in compensation design and implementation.
