Developing Innovative Youth is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders and innovators. We believe in providing young people with the skills and opportunities they need to succeed through dynamic competitions, workshops, and large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in all aspects of event planning and execution, from initial concept to post-event wrap-up.

Liaise with vendors, partners, and participants to ensure smooth and effective communication.

Manage competitor registration and respond to inquiries from participants.

Support the development and implementation of our social media strategy for events and competitions.

Contribute to on-site event logistics, including setup, teardown, and day-of coordination.

Handle administrative tasks and provide general support to the Competitions and Events team.

Requirements

A strong interest in event management, marketing, or youth development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to work independently on tasks and manage your time effectively.

A 'GCE O' Level' pass or equivalent.

Willingness to work on some weekends, as required by our events schedule.

Only open to Singaporeans.

Internship Details

Duration: Minimum of 2.5 months, with the potential to extend up to 5 months.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Compensation: Pay will be discussed upon successful application.

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
