Complaints Handling:
Key tasks for this role include the following:
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end complaint case examinations, across Wealth Management Hong Kong and Singapore. You need to have an eye for detail yet be able to keep in mind the outcome at stake
- Think strategically and help make decisions that have a real impact on our clients and business
- Explain findings and conclusions with confidence, orally and in writing
- Navigate with key stakeholders to gather facts and drive resolutions, including Litigation, Product Specialists Markets and Operations;
- Identify client complaint trends and patterns to share lessons learned and escalate areas of risk;
