As a Completions Technology Leader, you will be responsible for:

\xc2\xb7 Managing of a team of people covering several Completions segment - a team of Engineers who support manufacturing and technology development.

\xc2\xb7 Developing a technology support program.

\xc2\xb7 Giving input to business programs of a encompassing part of a function or a business unit and to midterm plan.

\xc2\xb7 Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.

\xc2\xb7 Developing technical solutions which fit the needs of a client. Sales process require combining proven technologies and existing solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Sharing knowledge acquired in projects.

To be successful in this role you will:

\xc2\xb7 Have a Bachelor\'s level with experience in Design Engineering Management.

\xc2\xb7 Have an excellent oral and written communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Have a good interpersonal and leadership skills.

\xc2\xb7 Have a demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems and ability to lead programs / projects.

\xc2\xb7 Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
