• To partner the business units and functional units, and provide regulatory advisory in a professional manner to ensure that the bank complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide regulatory advice and support to businesses in relation to Banking Act, SFA, FAA, all relevant regulations and SGX rules to ensure that business units and functional units comply with the relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare reports to the Senior Management or relevant Committee on any non-compliance issues/matters, regulatory developments and areas that warrants management attention.
• Liaise with the Authority and Singapore Exchange to ensure that all enquiries and request for information are promptly addressed, and the regulators are kept abreast of significant developments.
• Ensure adequate framework to address conflicts of interest, insider trading and fair dealing in the bank.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training as required.
• Exercise and maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism in dealing with business partners and strive to preserve and enhance the good reputation and goodwill of the Bank.
• Work with relevant business and functional units to implement regulations/policies/procedures etc., keep the key obligation register up-to-date and perform compliance risk assessment.
• Assist in control room function.

• Bachelor in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law and relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Compliance
• Possess knowledge of MAS and SGX regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
