The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world\'s largest financial services organizations
• We are looking for an experienced Compliance Analyst to join the team
• This is a 4 months contract
• Office Location: Pasir Panjang

The Job

• Assisting with integration works and establishing new processes on compliance with licensing conditions;
• Assessing and facilitating the licensing of relevant staff in Singapore and other relevant jurisdictions;
• Assessment of funds\' compliance with the Volcker Rule and Bank Holding Company Act Rules;
• Validating FCC checks that were completed as part of the integration;
• Facilitating the review of employee outside business activities; and
• Facilitating the conduct of cultural workshops, regulatory and financial crime compliance training and other matters in relation to the integration.
• Development and continuous review for appropriateness of framework to monitor RC/FCC Compliance developments impacting
• Act as joint point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in relation to all RC/FCC matters.
• Liaise, as directed, with relevant stakeholders within AMSG, other Global Business and Functional teams to provide expertise and support on all RC/FCC matters.

The Talent

• Solid and practical knowledge, with around 5 years of Compliance working experience in other fund management companies, of the relevant business and the products involved.
• Analytical and a strategic thinker.
• Excellent communicator with strong inter-personal, presentation and influencing skills, with experience of dealing with executives at all levels including the capacity to articulate the case for risk management and policy in the language of business.
• Lateral thinker with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues.
• Ability to confidently work with and influence senior stakeholders and business sponsors.
• Experience of interpreting and analysing a large volume of information and/ or data and provide succinct summary for management.
• Experience of working within a matrixed environment preferred including reporting internationally.
