About Our Client
Our client is an innovative fintech securities brokerage and trading platform that has global operations. They are looking for someone experienced in Regulatory Compliance to review their marketing materials, ensuring that they are in line with local regulations.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring all marketing materials meet the required compliance, regulatory and marketing standards
- Reviewing content for accuracy, legal compliance, and adherence to industry-specific regulations
- Overseeing the translation process, maintaining quality, and managing timelines for content localisation
- Proactively finding and suggesting marketing direction and changes that add value to the overall marketing strategy
- Conducting in-depth analysis of competitors\' marketing materials, websites, and strategies to identify industry trends, content approaches, and best practices
- Assessing and evaluating the existing content, website structure, and design elements to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Minimum 2 years of Compliance experience in the securities brokerage industry
- Familiarity with regulatory standards of marketing materials would be highly beneficial
- Strong communication skills to convey findings and recommendations effectively
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including translators, to ensure smooth execution of tasks
