My client, a highly reputable global Oil & Gas operator are seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst with Spanish language skills to join their oil and gas trading team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SOX compliance and contribute to their global regulatory compliance efforts within the energy sector.Key Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in oil and gas trading or related energy sectors
\xe2\x80\x93 Fluency in Spanish and English
\xe2\x80\x93 Extensive knowledge of SOX compliance and energy trading regulations
\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, Energy Management, or related fieldResponsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Implement and maintain SOX compliance programs for oil and gas trading operations
\xe2\x80\x93 Conduct risk assessments and internal audits specific to energy trading activities
\xe2\x80\x93 Liaise with Spanish-speaking stakeholders, regulators, and trading partners
\xe2\x80\x93 Develop and deliver compliance training focused on oil and gas trading regulations
