Job Description
My client, a highly reputable global Oil & Gas operator are seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst with Spanish language skills to join their oil and gas trading team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SOX compliance and contribute to their global regulatory compliance efforts within the energy sector.Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in oil and gas trading or related energy sectors
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Extensive knowledge of SOX compliance and energy trading regulations
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Energy Management, or related fieldResponsibilities:
- Implement and maintain SOX compliance programs for oil and gas trading operations
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits specific to energy trading activities
- Liaise with Spanish-speaking stakeholders, regulators, and trading partners
- Develop and deliver compliance training focused on oil and gas trading regulations
