Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting compliance and sustainability audits across the company under the guidance of senior team members Support in gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data to identify potential compliance risks and improvement opportunities Assist in preparing audit plans, schedules, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders Participate in audit activities, including document reviews, interviews, and site visits, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks Support in drafting audit reports, summarizing observations, recommendations, and relevant supporting details Assist in maintaining and updating policies, guidelines, and compliance documentation Help track, monitor, and compile reports on compliance status for management review Support in developing and delivering training materials to enhance awareness of compliance and sustainability standards Research and share best practices in compliance and sustainability from industry and other relevant sectors Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related discipline Fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience in compliance, audit, sustainability, or manufacturing sectors will be advantageous Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team Eager to learn and able to work independently on assigned tasks Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of audit tools, GRC systems, or sustainability frameworks will be a plus
