Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Lead internal audits and investigations related to compliance issues.
Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies.
Provide compliance training and guidance to staff and leadership.
Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop corrective action plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field (JD or advanced degree preferred).
8+ years of compliance or legal experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.).
