Management and implementation of all compliance and ethics related modules of the companies like anti-fraud, anti-bribery, Company's whistleblowing, anti-money laundering, etc. across the region. Frame policies and procedures per global and regional leadership/guidelines and ensure every country is adhering to it. Establish robust awareness and training methodology to ensure every employee is aware of the requirements. Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
