Job Description
Job Scope
- Manage and monitor requirements for company quality system
- Lead auditee for external audit by External Accredited Body, or Compliance Body
- Lead auditee for customer qualification audit
- Internal auditor for annual in- house ISO and other certification audits
- Internal auditor for annual in- house company audit programs
- Manage and plan for training needs for in-house auditors
- Monitor and ensure compliance to company quality system
- Contract point with Externall Accredited Body and Compliance Body for all quality and compliance related matters
- Manage and lead 5S committee and activities
- Manage and lead Kaizen activities
- Review and manage customer quality incidents
- Use MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of ISO, 9001 standards
- Prior experience in working with quality & compliance related job role is preferred
