Our extensive network of strategic partnerships with major payment service providers underscores our commitment to delivering cutting-edge payment solutions.Job OverviewThe Compliance Executive Officer will oversee the compliance team, ensuring that the company\xe2\x80\x99s operations adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves developing compliance policies, conducting audits, and providing training to staff.Key Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations.\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.\xc2\xb7 Manage and update internal compliance policies and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Perform investigations and review suspicious transactions/alerts. Carry out proper escalations and file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with relevant authorities as necessary.\xc2\xb7 Report compliance risks and issues to senior management.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to compliance.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies as required.What we look for in you\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry, preferably in payment services.\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance practices.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.\xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.\xc2\xb7 Professional certifications in compliance (E.g.
