Compliance Executive

Job Description
Our client is one of the growing Industrial Gases manufacturing MNC based in Japan. They are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to work as a Compliance Executive for their regional HQ in Singapore.The Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Senior Vice President, Legal & Compliance
- Help implement compliance activities and initiatives within the company and the SEA + India region (including annual compliance programs, compliance activities and periodical compliance training) and monitoring of progress status
- Conduct research on identified compliance areas of focus and develop training materials and infographics
- Support in the development and review of compliance policies and procedures, reporting activities, drafting and review of documents of a legal nature
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and news of non-compliance cases
- Provide secretariat support such as arranging of meetings, taking notes, handling of program logistics and presentation preparation
- Upkeep and maintain repository of compliance records and documents
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Law/ Business Administration/ Accounting/ Arts & Social Sciences
- Minimum 3-5 years\' experience in a paralegal or HR function
- PC literate with working knowledge of using Microsoft Office and usage of creative software tools (Powtoon, Canva)
- Possess skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
