Working Days & Hours:
Mon-Fri 9-6
Location: Raffles
Jobscope:
- Conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct complaints involving Representatives
- Ensure all investigation record are collated accurately with statements properly recorded and timely reporting of the cases internally/externally
- Liaise with Distribution Partners, the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd, and internal Stakeholders on management of misconduct complaints
- Support Investigative work areas and duties as assigned by Supervisor
- A Degree / Diploma / relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
- Preferably with working experience in the financial industry and in life insurance.
- Familiar with Financial Advisers Act and Insurance Act is preferred.
- Experience in financial planning would be advantageous.
- Good analytical skills with ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good investigative mindset and interview skills
- Strong team player with ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
- Good report-writing skills and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Candidates without working experience are also welcome.
