A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Manager like you, to oversee and bring expertise to our team.

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

Key Accountabilities:

• 
  Driving the implementation and execution of our compliance processes for the selection, onboarding and monitoring of our third-parties, in line with the group-wide policies and procedures and relevant legal requirements (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, etc).
• 
  Applying risk assessment procedures to appropriately identify and manage ABC risks.
• 
  Suggesting and implementing - in close cooperation with the senior compliance management officer – adequate mitigation measures to reduce the Rolls-Royce Power System’s ABC risk exposure.
• 
  Performing regular on-site visits at our business partner’s premises as part of the global due diligence and monitoring framework.
• 
  Advising Rolls-Royce Power Systems / Rolls-Royce Solutions business management in all third-party due diligence related matters.

Qualifications and skills :

• 
  Adequate Degree in Business Administration / Finance or in Law and 3 years of working experience in risk compliance.
• 
  Preferably at least 3 years managing third-party due diligence processes.
• 
  Anti-corruption experience required.
• 
  Experience and comfort working in a matrix organization across functions.
• 
  Able to work in Tukang office (Jurong).
